How to recover deleted photos on Android?

Step 1:
Download the Android data recovery software, install and launch it on your PC. And then connect your Android device to your PC (You'd better connect only one device at a time).

Step 2: Enable USB debugging(If you have done, this step can be skip)
If need to enable USB debugging on your device, you will get the windows below (depends on your Android system’s version number).

1) For Android 2.3 or earlier: Enter "Settings" < Click "Applications" < Click "Development" < Check "USB debugging".

2) For Android 3.0 to 4.1: Enter "Settings" < Click "Developer options" < Check "USB debugging".

3) For Android 4.2 or newer: Enter "Settings" < Click "About Phone" < Tap "Build number" for several times until getting a note "You are under developer mode" < Back to "Settings" < Click "Developer options" < Check "USB debugging'.

Step 3: Analyze and scan your Android device.
1) Click the “Start” button on the program’s window to allow it to analyze your device. (Before start, do make sure your battery power is more than 20%.)

2) After analyzing your device, go to your device's screen, and click "Allow" to let the program scan your Android device. Then click "Start" on the program's window, the program will start to scan your device for lost or deleted messages, contacts, photos and videos, etc.

Step 4: Preview and recover deleted photos from Android
If your device had large number of files, the program may take a long time to scan your device. Well, I think you can drink a cup of tea or coffee. Cheers!

After finishing the scan, you can see all your lost or deleted photos, contacts, text messages and other files are in the scan result. Check the photos you want to recover and then click “Recover” to restore them on your PC.
